General Legal Compliance
- Contributions from any corporation, labor organization, cooperative association, or mutual association must be authorized by the Board of Directors of a corporation or by a majority vote of the members of any labor organization or cooperative or mutual association. (Section 130.029).
- No contribution of cash in excess of $100 may be made by any person. (Section 130.031.1).
- No contribution may be made in a fictitious name, name of another person or by another person in a manner to conceal the identify of the actual source of the contribution. (Section 130.031.3).
- No anonymous contributions may be made in an amount in excess of $25 by any person. (Section 130.031.4).
- No contributions may be made by out-of-state committees unless such committees have filed the applicable reports with the Missouri Ethics Commission. (Section 130.031.7).
Employment Information
