Warrensburg, MO – Missouri State Senator David Pearce endorsed Allen Icet’s bid for Missouri auditor today. Pearce, a veteran conservative lawmaker, applauded Icet’s strong record of defending Missouri taxpayer.

“I served with Allen Icet for six years in the House,” Senator Pearce said. “I know him to be a conservative legislator and a proven watch dog of the tax-payers money. Allen Icet would make a great State Auditor.”

Icet is the only candidate in the Auditor’s race with experience in Missouri government and an actual record of defending Missouri taxpayers. He has served on the Budget Committee in the Missouri House of Representatives for seven years, including three as House budget chief. In that time, he has protected Missouri taxpayers by cutting taxes and eliminating billions of dollars in waste in state programs.
